Here’s how it works:


  • Submit an appointment request through my website

  • Choose your desired service (or the closest option)

  • Add notes/photos so I can fully understand your hair goals

  • I’ll review and approve your request based on timing + availability


Appointments are not automatically confirmed until approved—this ensures I can give you the time your hair actually needs.


For all new color or extension guests, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Occasionally, yes—but availability is limited and not guaranteed. If you have a specific day or time in mind, pre-booking is always the best option.


What happens after I submit an appointment request?

Do I need a deposit to book?


Yes All new color and extension guests are required to leave a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment.

Due to high demand, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled time — including no-shows — will result in a non-transferable fee of 50% of the estimated service total, as this reserved time is often unable to be filled by other guests.
No-shows will not be rebooked. 

 

New clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment.
